HHI Custom Absentee Home Support works closely with Owners and Rental companies to provide booking support and increase occupancy. We are a broker providing customers with ease in locating the perfect vacation property. HHI Custom Absentee Home Support charges a placement fee to the customer for the assistance in obtaining a vacation home with ease. This fee is a Non-Refundable placement fee, that we bill separately from the owner or management company. HHI Custom Absentee Home Support clients forfeit the right to dispute the non- refundable placement fee. By making this payment you acknowledge the fee is non-refundable weather you find a new vacation property on your own. HHI Custom Absentee Home Support LLC. is a booking support for local companies and home owner of Hilton Head Island. We are not a management company therefore have no relation with the property or owner(s). Any and all problems/issues with your booking after we have turned you over to the Owner/management company is not an HHI Custom Absentee Home Support problem nor will be in anyway responsible for a refund. Please contact owner/ management company for any and all questions and issues regarding the home. We will not be able to help you other than putting you in contact with the right person(s)
