Why use our Service?
Because you need a trustworthy company to make your life easier. We help manage your home so you can use your time more efficiently. We are an experienced, mature, year-round business with fully vetted personnel. We provide oversight for your home in your absence. We have a passion for customer service!
How often does my home get inspected?
We work very close with our owners to develop a custom program to fit your needs. We have owners who ask us to check on their property twice a week, weekly, bi-weekly, even monthly. Our programs are catered to fit your needs and your home.
I have a special request, which is above my basic service, can you handle that?
Oh yes, we are available for special requests. We frequently handle special requests such as airport pickup, stocking the refrigerator with basics, helping to set up fishing charters and more! Just let us know what you need.
How is a problem handled?
We notify you of any problems and make recommendations to correct them. We have an excellent network of local subcontractors who can fix most issues quickly and professionally. With your approval, we will organize the necessary service, meet with the repair person and admit them into your home. We will stay until the repair person has completed his/her work, set alarms and lock up following their departure. We take pictures of the work before and after and send you a detailed email for your records.
What if I want only a few specific things done?
Our service is completely flexible with your needs in mind. We will provide you with an estimate of only the specific services you require. If at any time, there is a change in the services you require, just let us know!
What is included in a basic weekly visit?
Please see our "Absentee Homeowner Services" page which lists the areas we check over during our inspections. We often customize our list for each home that we work with. Just let us know what you need, and we will be happy to take care of it for you!
How do you report problems to me (owner) when they arise?
We excel at preventative maintenance and have a keen eye for the early stages of maintenance issues. We hand the small issues that need not your approval ie. light bulbs, squeaky hinges, etc. When encountering big issues we will make you aware provide detailed pictures of the issue and help to develop a plan of action to fix the problem. We always send Bi-Weekly email updates for your property on all work done while in our program.
What are the Bi-Weekly emails?
We send every owner in our program Bi-weekly updates regarding your home so you are always aware of what's going on with your property. We may suggest future projects and request approval for them. We will list work done on your property. ( See example online)
