Although very private and tucked away, its location is very convenient to the shops and restaurants of Coligny Plaza and surrounding commercial areas. Parking is in front of the villa and there is covered parking for one vehicle. There are two large patios, one off the front that has a privacy wall and the other off the back, partially covered, with a serene lagoon and golf course view. An onsite swimming pool and three clay tennis courts are available to all guests free of charge. Private beach access is offered at the Shipyard Beach Club with free parking. It is on two levels with the master bedroom nicely secluded by itself on the second floor. All bedrooms have ceiling fans and televisions and are nicely furnished. A great choice for up to 6 people and for you snowbirds who like the space and a downstairs bedroom!
