Springwood is a very comfortable, updated unit in the heart of Hilton Head. Walk to the shops and restaurants of the Coligny area, the grocery store, the movie theater and yes, you can even walk to the BEACH! The Springwood complex is secured by a fence that encircles the interior courtyard and pool area. A special arrangement with Players' Club just across the street offers unlimited access to a fitness facility including workout equipment, classes and an indoor pool. Tennis at the van der Meer Tennis Center next door is free for an hour each day. This property is located on the second floor (walk up) with the living area, kitchen and a half bath on that level. The kitchen is very spacious for a condo and houses the easily accessible washer and dryer. The dining area seats 6. There is a flat screen TV plus DVD and sleeper sofa in the living room. A charming feature is the covered deck off the living room overlooking a lagoon with a circular stairway descending to the ground level out to the courtyard and pool. Both bedrooms are on the upper level of the condo and each has its own bath. The master had a king and the guest bedroom 2 twins. There are televisions in both bedrooms.
