DESCRIPTION

Relax on the large patio and enjoy stunning views of the 12th hole fairway of the world famous George Fazio Golf Course as well as the 11-mile Palmetto Dunes Lagoon. The newly remodeled Inverness Village Villa has picturesque views from almost every room. The open, spacious living room looks out to the golf course and has hard wood floors throughout the downstairs, dining room area seats 8 at the table, sit back and relax on a comfy sofa(sleeper queen sofa be) and side chairs in the living room with plenty of space to enjoy time with the family. The kitchen has a large pass thru window with views of the golf course, new counter tops, and appliances and updates fixtures. 

On the second floor you will find the master suite with a vaulted ceiling, pillow top King bed, 32' flat screen TV and new carpets. The master bath has a double vanity sink; large tub/ shower with tile surround and tile floors. The second bedroom upstairs has twin bunk beds and a flat screen TV. On first floor is where the third bedroom is located with two full beds, new carpet, and bathroom with tile floors, tub/shower with tile surround. 

Be free of keys! The villa is equipped with a keypad lock. Drive straight to the villa with your code when you arrive on the Island and go key-less to the beach, tennis court, and golf course or wherever you need to go! The beach is less than one mile, a nice walk or easy bike ride, with free parking in two locations for those that prefer to drive. 

Inverness Village is located in the Palmetto Dunes Resort, which features three golf courses, an 11-mile lagoon for canoeing or kayaking (fishing allowed), on site restaurants, a general store, bicycle rentals and miles of beautiful beach. 

The resort is conveniently located mid-island, directly across from the Arts center, Shelter Cove dining, shopping and recreation area and the mall. If you wish, The Dunes Buggy will transport you around Palmetto Dunes or to Shelter Cove, at no cost.
